Planning and project management

We provide advice during the planning process of your underground engineering, industrial construction, and civil engineering projects. Our services follow the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).

• Site supervision
  We undertake the construction management or site supervision (HOAI work phase VIII) for civil engineering structures. Additionally, we can handle more specific tasks, such as the health and safety coordination (SiGeKo) for your project.
• Tendering and invoicing
  We offer advice during the planning of your construction project, develop the service specifications, prepare the award of contract, and, if desired, handle the invoicing process (HOAI work phases VI to XI). We would be happy to advise you even beyond this scope.
• Project management
  We handle the project management for entire construction projects at home and abroad.
